Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Because all BindLab Studios binders are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been produced. Each binder is crafted with your specific branding or personalization, making it unique to you and not eligible for resale.

The only exceptions are if the product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. In these cases, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-returnable items:

  • All custom binders (every order is personalized and made to order)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products

Refunds & Replacements

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bindlabstudios.com . Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If approved, we will send a replacement binder at no cost to you. Refunds are not issued unless a replacement is not possible.

Late or missing refunds

Refunds are only issued in rare cases where replacements cannot be provided. If you have been approved for a refund and have not received it, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company and bank. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@bindlabstudios.com .

Sale items

Sale or promotional items are also non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only provided if the binder arrives defective or incorrect. In such cases, we will exchange it for the same item as originally ordered.

Shipping returns

Do not send your product back unless instructed by our support team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If a return is required for verification, you will be provided with instructions. In most cases, clear photo evidence will be sufficient, and physical returns are not necessary.
